Cabin Classes:
Economy Class - SICMA seats with lumbar-support (selected aircrafts), adjustable seats, personal seatback TV, international cuisines, chargeable ‘Satcom' satellite telephone service, inter-seat calling facility, fax machine, laptop charging stations, refreshments served every 45 minutes between meals, 18 movie and TV channels, 22 radio channels and 16 video games on its A330 and A340 flights.
Business Class – Electronically operated wide, spacious and reclining seats, 19.5” wide equipped with headrest, lumbar support for extra comfort, adjustable footrest and personal reading lamp, chargeable ‘Satcom' satellite telephone service, free inter-seat calling facility, fax machine, laptop charging stations, 18 movie and TV channels, 22 radio channels (A340), individual video player, over 30 movie titles available in different languages, 16 video games (A340), international cuisines and choice of aperitifs, champagnes, wines and liqueurs and a variety of refreshing tea.
In-flight Service and Entertainment: The airline offers both Western and Eastern food. Subject to the class of travel there is a range of international cuisines and beverage options including aperitifs, wines champagnes, and liqueurs apart from choice of tea.
Movies channels showing movies from Hollywood, Bollywood, Sri Lanka and the Middle East, classics, Movies Gold. TV channels provide best in Arts, Drama, Comedy and Sports apart from entertainment for children. There is a Sport channel, Comedy Channel, Children TV (CTV), 22 Radio Channels with music from across the world, 16 great games including arcade and puzzle games, cards and board games. Baggage Policy: The airline allows some free baggage allowance to its passengers. The check-in baggage has a maximum weight limit of 32 Kg per piece. Any excess baggage is chargeable. Passengers travelling in Business Class can carry 2 pieces of hand luggage which could be either garment bags or overnight bags. These bags should have maximum dimensions of 18"x14"x6" (46x36x20 cm) and should not weigh more than 7 kg each. Economy Class passengers are allowed 1 piece of hand baggage with dimensions not exceeding 18"x14"x6" (46x36x20 cm) and weight not more than 7 kg.
