The access road in front of the Terminal Building is at an elevated level and vehicles can be stopped there for unloading baggage and dropping passengers. Parking fee ranges from about 20 to 1200 Mauritius Rupees depending upon the type of vehicle and the duration of parking.

Lounges: The airport has two lounges, namely La Terrasse and Arrival Premium Lounge. The La Terrasse is meant for departures while the latter is for Arrivals. These lounges are equipped with most of the facilities required for rest and relaxation such as beverages, snacks, bathrooms, and newspapers.

Food and Beverages: There are restaurants where travellers can taste lip smacking local Mauritian fare as well as continental cuisines. The public areas of both Arrivals and Departures have many F&B outlets.

Left Luggage and Lost and Found: Presently, there are no facilities for baggage storage. The counter for lost baggage is located in the baggage reclaim hall, near the conveyor belts. The Information Desk near the Arrivals’ exit handles enquiries pertaining to property lost in the terminal.

Facilities for Passengers with Special Needs: Passengers with special needs have to get in touch with their respective airlines for wheelchairs and special assistance. Special toilets and parking spaces are also available.
