Day 3 Delhi to LehMorning flight to Leh in the Himalayas. Afternoon walk in the winding streets and quaint bazaars. Stay in Leh for five nights.

Day 4 Visit Leh & Stoke Palace
Day 5 Visit Hemis, Shey & Thikse
Morning sightseeing includes visit to the eight-storey Leh Palace, built in 16th century. Shanker Gompa with an outstanding collection of small statues of pure gold & paintings. Also visit Stoke Palace home to a superb collection of thangkas considered to be the best in the world.Full day excursion to Hemis Gumpa, built in 1620, Ladakh's most affluent & wealthiest monasteries. Shey Palace, the summer palace of the former Maharaj of Leh housing an outstanding two storied statue of sitting Buddha. Also visit Thiksey monastery, perched high on the hill and presents panoramic view of the Indus valley.

Day 6 Visit Spituk & Phyang
Day 7 Visit Khardungla & Sabu
After breakfast enjoy a visit to Spituk Gompa and Phyang monastery belonging to the Red sect of Buddhists.Morning leave for Khardungla pass, a memorable drive to see the world's highest motorable road at 18,338 feet above sea level. Afternoon visit nearby Sabu village famous for Oracles.

Day 8 Leh to Delhi
Return flight to Delhi. Stay for one night.

Morning city tour of Old & New Delhi visiting the Red Fort, the colourful bazaars of the Chandni chowk, Qutab Minar, India Gate and Rashtripati Bhavan (President's Palace).
