    Morning tour of the city visiting the famed Golden Temples complex, the most important shrine of the Sikhs, Jallianwala Bagh and the Ram Bagh Gardens. Evening visit to the India/Pakistan border at Wagah to see the spectacular joint retreat ceremony by the security forces of India Pakistan. 

  • Days 4-5 Amritsar to Dharamshala

    After breakfast leave for Dharamshala, set along Shivalik Dauladar ranges overlooking Kangra valley. Dharamshala is an amalgam of many cultures. Visit McLeod Ganj, a Tibetan Buddhist settlement and home to exiled Dalai Lama. Also visit Norbilingka Institute, dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan culture.
