Our holiday was planned with excellence by Southall Travel. Despite the fact that we had quite a few different cities to visit everything ran smoothly everywhere including flights, hotels, transfers and not to forget our special requests at the hotel for a king size bed in a sea view room at Goa. Although we had to call you for not getting the king size bed initially, I really appreciated that your agent went to extraordinary lengths to resolve the issue. The Taj was beautiful especially the early morning visit - much less busy. Thank you for suggesting the Umaid Bhawan in Jaipur we loved it and it absolutely perfect and far exceeded our expectations. The Kenilworth Beach Resort was also lovely and I am so glad you told me about it. I am going to preserve the memories of this trip until I plan another one with you.
Once again thank you for all your help, We will certainly be recommending you to our friends and colleagues.
