Anyone hoping for a baby in the near future may wish to book flights to Australia after a recent revelation by Nicole Kidman.

The 41-year-old actress has credited swimming in a waterfall in the Australian outback with contributing to her unexpected pregnancy and the birth of her daughter Sunday Rose in July.

She told Australian Women's Weekly magazine that she and six other women all fell pregnant shortly after swimming in Kununurra's waters.

"There is something up there in the Kununurra water because we all went swimming in the waterfalls, so we can call it the fertility waters now," Kidman remarked.

She said it happened during the filming of her forthcoming movie, Australia, which is directed by Baz Lurhmann and tells the story of a noblewoman on a cattle drive during World War II.

Kununurra is a town in the northern section of Western Australia approximately 37 kilometres from the Northern Territory.

It is the largest town in Western Australia north of Broome.
