Photography tour launched in Australias red centre

Amateur photographers, or even travellers who enjoy capturing their travels on their cameras, may wish to visit a new website before they head out on their holiday to Australia.

Photographic Journeys, part of Australiasoutback.com, gives ideas for itineraries, tips and travel inspiration for photography enthusiasts visiting the Northern Territory on their Australia holiday.

"The whole area is full of beautiful landscapes, charismatic people and unique wildlife - a perfect place to photograph," explained Tourism NT.

Locations include the red desert landscapes of the central regions to the tropical and lush panoramas of Top End.

If being part of a photography tour sounds more appealing then Wayoutback Desert Safaris may be of interest.

The new tour lasts for six days and travellers can get help and tips from photographer Grenville Turner in either one-to-one lessons or as part of a workshop.
