This year's OzAsia festival in Adelaide is set to be a celebration of all things Korean.

Korean performers on bill at Adelaide festival

This year's OzAsia festival is set to be a vibrant mix of comedy and Korean martial arts, with native performers from the country on the bill.

The festival is scheduled to run from September 17th to October 2nd and this year's main theme is Korean performance. Martial arts group Jump are one of the acts on the lineup and Shakespeare's Hamlet will also be performed by the Yohangza Theatre Company.

For those heading off on holidays to Australia with youngsters, the Sadari Theatre Company's performance of When His Watch Stopped could appeal.

The play tells the story of a newly married couple forced apart by war and has been specially written to be suitable for children over the age of 10.

Adelaide, in southern Australia, is also home to the Cleland Conservation Park, also great for families travelling with children. Here visitors can see koala bears, emus, kangaroos and Tasmanian devils.
