Every Sunday, the Water Bar at the Blue Hotel is filled with the sounds of blues and jazz performed by resident group Banda Mundo and those heading off on flights to Sydney can take advantage of wintertime drinks offers and great food.

As well as the Sunday sessions, visitors can head to the bar on Friday nights when it hosts Fiesta Havana evenings boasting Latin music and Tiki-cocktails.
