Free bike hire at Manly, AustraliaHolidaymakers taking flights to Australia this week can take advantage of a special deal on free bike hire being offered by a store in Manly.

To celebrate the opening of its brand new outlet, Manly Bike Tours is giving tourists the chance to hire a bike for free on Saturday September 4th. The new shop can be found a short distance away from the Manly Ferry Terminal.

Manly is a perfect spot for cycling and boasts more than 20 kilometres of dedicated bike tracks and off-road trails and picturesque scenery.

Rides recommended by the bike firm include a laidback cycle along the promenade of Manly Beach, which is ideal for those looking for something less strenuous.

Cycling enthusiasts after something a bit more challenging could head to Manly Dam for thrill-seeking mountain biking.

Manly is a suburb of Sydney and is around seven miles away from the city centre. It was Australia's first beachside resort and there are 18 beaches for visitors to choose from.
