Head to Sydneys Bondi Beach during Australian summer, urges expertA travel writer has suggested people who want to take cheap flights to Sydney in order to relax on the city's world-famous Bondi Beach should go between December and February.

Brooke Schoenman of WhyGo Australia explained that there is never really a bad time to visit the country, but Australian summertime would certainly be the best moment to be there.

"The great thing about Australia is the weather. Even in winter, Sydney and Melbourne don't see snow," she said.

Ms Schoenman pointed out that a traveller's itinerary can be very important when it comes to picking which time of year to go to Australia.

She explained that summertime can be a little hot for some people in some of the western side of the country, while other regions will be more temperate.

The current seven-day forecast for Sydney, during the nation's wintertime, predicts highs of between 16 and 20 degrees C, according to the City of Sydney portal.
