Head to Sydney Opera House for BelongBelong is the new production by Bangarra Dance Theatre, which people who have taken cheap flights to Australia can enjoy at the Sydney Opera House.

Running until August 20th, the show is split into two parts - ID and About - and explores the spiritual nature of Aboriginal culture and the wild Australian landscapes.

A representative from the venue noted: "At the heart of Bangarra Dance Theatre are challenging social and political questions. As Indigenous people, who are we and where do we belong?"

The performance is 100 minutes long including a 20 minute interval, with standard admission starting from AU$65.

ID was created by Bangarra's artistic director Stephen Page and About is by choreographer and dancer Elma Kris.

Earlier this year, the dance company carried out an international tour, taking in venues in Italy and Germany during a month-long jaunt. The production they toured in Europe was entitled Spirit and is a celebration of resilience in the Aboriginal culture.
