Emirates passengers could stay in Dubai in stylePassengers going on flights to Dubai with Emirates this autumn could benefit from a range of discounts, it has been revealed.

According to the Al Bawaba news service, passengers travelling from September 1st to 30th - the religious period of Ramadan - could enjoy accommodation in selected hotels for as little as £29 per night.

The passengers will also be met at the airport by Emirates staff in a meet and greet service.

In addition, they will receive a welcome pack and a discount card to use at shops and restaurants around the city.

Adnan Kazim, senior vice-president of Gulf Middle East and Iran, said that offers during Ramadan are a tradition for Emirates.

"Dubai is fast becoming one of the most popular [destinations] for passengers travelling from around the world. Our offer gives them the opportunity to visit world leading malls, restaurants and hotels and enjoy excellent shopping discounts," he remarked.

Ramadan is a Muslim festival that takes place during the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, believed to be the month in which the Qur'an began to be revealed.
