Travellers who dream of chewing on candy canes and gorging on gobstoppers may like to book cheap flights to Dubai to satisfy their sweet tooth.

Candylicious opened its sugary doors over the weekend in the Dubai Mall, giving those on cheap holidays to Dubai something to really get their teeth into.

Some of the jaw-dropping delights on offer at the 10,000 square foot outlet include pillars embedded with sweets, a lollipop tree and the Candylicious airplane, which takes off above the heads of shoppers.

Those booking cheap flights to Dubai can indulge your inner child with Hershey's Kisses products, M&M's, gourmet jelly beans from Jelly Belly and lollipops in every shape and size imaginable.

Sunaina Gill, director of Retail Is Detail, said: "Candylicious is about buying things never seen anywhere else and you can indulge in a royal offering of mouth-watering confectionaries from all over the globe."

The Dubai Mall runs 12 shuttle buses from various hotels in and around the area for those who want easy access to their sweets.
