Premier Inn expands in Dubai

Anyone booking holidays to Dubai could be greeted by a familiar brand as Premier Inn is increasing the number of hotels it has in the region.

Premier Inn has opened its third hotel in Dubai, with its latest offering situated just outside Dubai airport.

Anyone who is landing on flights to Dubai is likely to see the familiar brand on their way into the city.

The latest hotel boast 281 ensuite rooms in addition to a swimming pool, restaurant, bar and Costa coffee shop.

Darroch Crawford, managing director of Premier Inn in the Middle East, commented: "Premier Inn has opened up the traditionally luxurious holiday destination of Dubai to those travellers who are looking for great value for money."

The company, which has more than 500 hotels around the UK, appears to be breaking into the Middle East market with some success and operates under a strategic partnership with the Emirates Group in the region.

Earlier this month, Premier Inn was crowned as the 2010 Best Hotel Group at the Business Travel Awards, with its Good Night Guarantee being cited as a point of differentiation from its competitors.
