New spa treatment arrives in Dubai A spa in Park Hyatt Dubai has launched a new spa ritual designed to relax and restore a youthful appearance.

The Volcanic Freeze treatment uses a mix of cold and hot methods and is available to guests staying at the luxury resort who visit the hotel's Amara spa.

Lasting three hours, the first step of the treatment involves a hand and foot rose bath, followed by a massage with warmed volcanic stones. The next step is a facial using ice cubes and cosmetics to help firm the eye area.

A spokesperson for the spa explained to Trade Arabia that the treatment makes use of plant serums and a special massage to help boost the youthful appearance of the face.

Those planning to take flights to Dubai to enjoy a pampering experience could consider staying in one of Park Hyatt Dubai's special residential spa rooms, where treatments are provide in-room.
