The new Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel offers a total of 392 rooms and suites including 180 deluxe rooms and four Burj junior suites. Families taking flights to Dubai can also opt for special rooms that are connected so they do not have to be separated during their stay.

It is the first hotel in the Middle East for SWHG and is located close to the BurJuman Centre in the main district of Bur Dubai.

Scott Butcher, general manager of the Park Regis Kris Kin Hotel, is optimistic about the success of the new venture.

"We are already showing a positive and consistent increase in bookings," explained Mr Butcher.

He added: "A number of factors have contributed to this current trend, one of which is our ongoing efforts to introduce and market our brand within the UAE."
