Property investors may head to DubaiMore property investors could be taking flights to Dubai as confidence in the state's real estate improves.

According to Homesgofast.com, the emirate is set to experience increased interest from investors over the next 12 months, especially those looking to maximise returns in the long run.

Nicholas Marr, chief executive officer at the company, explained: "Dubai investors will be in it for the medium to long-term - five years plus - and these are just the type of people that will aid Dubai's recovery."

He added that Dubai offers some "incredible residences" at bargain prices that may not stay low for much longer.

A recent report from Credit Suisse concluded that Dubai's property market could improve in 2011 and the sector continues to stabilise.

In particular, the study highlighted that a major debt-restructuring settlement with Dubai World's creditors has boasted confidence among investors.
