Dubai property continues to attract overseas investorsA real estate company has stressed that property investors should consider purchasing in Dubai to ensure strong returns.

Nicholas Marr, chief executive of Homesgofast.com, believes that Dubai property prices are low at the moment - which makes it an ideal time for investors to take flights to Dubai to look at real estate in order to benefit from the predicted rise later in the year.

Mr Marr explained: "Savvy investors all know that profits are made not only on the sale but on the purchase and with Dubai property prices at an all time low, 2011 could be good for the early [bird] investors seeking good returns as the market bounces back."

According to recent data from Asteco, the sale prices of apartments fell by two per cent during the last three months of 2010. However, Credit Suisse believes that the Dubai property market will improve this year following an improvement in credit access in the emirate state.
