Emirates introduces Seychelles to Dubai flights

Dubai-based airline Emirates has begin a new initiative to promote flights to Dubai from the Seychelles.

The island nation in the Indian Ocean will benefit from three new flights to Dubai per week starting on March 28th.

Proving the extra services will boost capacity between the two destinations by 42 per cent per week as well as increasing the travel options for holidaymakers.

Majid Al Mualla, Emirates' senior-vice president of commercial operations in west Asia and the Indian Ocean, said: 'The fact that we have more than doubled our frequency to the Seychelles in a little more than a year demonstrates the robustness and efficiency of our efforts on this route."

She added that the airline has a new campaign planned that will further promote the new flights to Dubai and the Seychelles.

Emirates have a large fleet which includes a number of Airbus A380 craft.
