A major hotel chain has announced its seventh opening in the UAE.

New Radisson Blu hotel opened in downtown Dubai

Visitors on flights to Dubai now have another hotel to choose from, as Rezidor has announced the opening of its seventh property in the UAE.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Downtown offers guests a wide selection of contemporary-styled rooms, many of which boast views of the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa.

Those looking to go up-market can pick any one of the hotel's 22 suites, while leisure visitors can swim a few lengths in the swimming pool or work up a sweat in the gym.

In terms of eating options, there is the Lemon Pepper restaurant, which specializes in international cuisine and local delicacies, as well as the Infiniti Bar and Terrace, with its outdoor bar for soaking up a few rays.

Prices start from Dh570 (£95) per room per night inclusive of airport pick-up, free wireless internet access and Grab and Run breakfast.
