Dont let work muscle in on holidaysAn insurance provider has issued some tips on how to avoid being bothered by work on what should be a relaxing holiday.

Research carried out by MORE TH>N found that 37 per cent of people were contacted on holiday by their bosses this year and 75 per cent felt unable to relax because they knew they would have to put in extra work when they returned.

Keith Maxwell, head of travel insurance at MORE TH>N, said: "We want to encourage holidaymakers to relax properly so they return feeling recharged and at their most productive."

He suggested ensuring all loose ends are tied up before leaving so they do not play on the mind, telling bosses about holidays in advance so that cover can be organised and leaving precise instructions as to what needs to be done.

Anyone looking for a relaxing travel destination could consider booking holidays to India.

Goa in particular is renowned for its beaches, temples and world heritage sites and was visited by 25.6 million tourists in 2006-07.
