Fans of world rock music may wish to hot-foot it onto flights to India in time for one of the country's biggest festivals.

Fans of world rock music may wish to hot-foot it onto flights to India in time for one of the country's biggest festivals.

According to the Hindu, the Delhi leg of the Fuel-Great Indian Rock Festival will happen in Delhi tomorrow (November 1st) and Sunday.

It will then travel to Shillong, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune, featuring some of the nation's up-and-coming rock acts, as well as others from around the world.

Amit Saigal, editor of the Rock Street Journal, said it is a "privilege and a pleasure to have so many good musicians".

"The festival is a big platform to connect," she added.

Anyone interested in going on holidays to India may be interested to know that the monsoon season should finish soon.

In hydrology, monsoon rainfall is considered to be that which occurs in any region that receives the majority of its rain during a particular season and happens in India from July until October.Meet the editors...
