Anyone looking to save money on flights to India could consider flying with Air India in order to take advantage of a promotion.

New promotion on Air India flightsAnyone looking to save money on flights to India could consider flying with Air India in order to take advantage of a promotion.

The carrier has said that as of tomorrow (December 5th), it will begin a scheme on its internal flights within the country which could see passengers benefit from buy one, get one free tickets.

Aimed at people who fly with the airline often, the deal offers passengers one free return ticket for every eight flights that they take on selected routes.

The promotion will run until February 5th and any free tickets must be used within three months after they are issued.

Flights to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai are all included in the offer, but passengers are advised to check terms and conditions on Air India's website before making bookings.

Air India is the national airline for the country and is state-owned. It connects some 120 destinations worldwide and includes 12 gateways in India.
