Goa does not disappoint Taking cheap holidays in Goa will provide an experience that will not disappoint, in the viewpoint of one traveller.

Writing about her train journey from Bangalore to Goa for the Daily Mail, Viv Creegor describes how the location lived up to all of her expectations.

"We began with the magnificent Portuguese churches of Old Goa, which we first saw from a wonderful vantage point way up in the hills," she explained.
Ms Creegor also details how she and her travelling party visited the Se Cathedral and Basilica of Bom Jesus before enjoying lunch at the Sahakari Spice Farm.

There, they treated their senses with the sights and aromas of foodstuffs such as coffee, turmeric, saffron, cumin and cardamom before ending the day "sipping an ice-cold beer" and watching the sun go down by the sea.

Meanwhile, those considering booking cheap holidays in Goa have been urged by Steve Byrne, managing director at Travel Counsellors, to choose their travel agent wisely for the best deals and activities for their needs.
