India has it allIndia has everything a traveller could want, one luxury travel agent has claimed.

Tim Durham from Partnership Travel explained that tourists looking for a luxury break can find something very special in the Asian country.

He commented that India's high-end hotels have an edge over their counterparts in other countries around the world as a result of their location.

"The fact they are overlooking the Taj Mahal or sitting in the Himalayas adds to the uniqueness and how special they are," Mr Durham stated.

Money is a key factor in the country and consequently, travellers who can afford to splash out can do things "properly", he explained.

"If you have a good budget to spend then the impossible can be achieved," he said.

India continues to be a popular destination for British holidaymakers. Last month Qatar Airways continued its expansion within the country.

The airline's latest route to Goa was the second to be launched in two weeks, in order to capitalise on the winter holiday season in Europe.
