Air India announces new routes from Delhi

People arriving in Delhi will now have a greater choice of connecting flights to choose from.

Air India announces new routes from Delhi Travellers taking cheap flights to Delhi with Air India will soon have a greater number of connecting internal flights to choose from with the carrier.

The airline has announced that it is to introduce a service from Delhi to Vijayawada via Hyderabad, as well as journeys to Chennai and Thiruvananthapuram, as part of its new winter schedule.

Flights to Vijayawada will take place every day of the week except Tuesdays and will depart Delhi at 12:55 local time.

Visitors who take the Chennai service will be among the first passengers to use the new Terminal 3 building which has been opened at the airport.

These flights will leave Delhi daily at 18:05 local time, arriving in Chennai at 20:45.

Racing fans may be planning to take cheap flights to Delhi next year following the success of its first Formula One race, which took place on October 30th at the new Buddh International Circuit.
