Activities for holidays in South Africa right up to JuneFollowing news from the Post Office that South Africa is a good value for money destination to visit, many people will no doubt be looking into the country as an option for their holidays between now and June.

With this is mind, US company Bailey Robinson has suggested some activities that people on holidays in South Africa could participate in.

Firstly, from January to March, tourists can watch turtle eggs hatch in KwaZulu-Natal along with a guide from the region's conservation service.

Next, in May, comes the Cape Town Waterfront Wine Festival, which the company describes as "a must for wine lovers".

Finally, moving closer to our summer months is the Standard Bank National Arts Festival which happens in Grahamstown in June and is billed as "the largest arts festival in the Southern Hemisphere".

For anyone looking further ahead to the World Cup - being held in South Africa in 2010 - perhaps you should book flights soon. The Fifa website states there are only 504 days left.Meet the editors...
