South African travellers offered 42 cities in one app

Travel guide series Hg2 has launched a comprehensive iPhone app, with top tips for visits to 42 worldwide cities, including two major South African destinations.

Frequent fliers catching flights to South Africa are advised to check out the new app, which features hotel and restaurant reviews for Cape Town and Johannesburg.

The Hg2 Complete app also features the best bars, clubs, shops, sights and spas, with special features such as augmented reality and local music playlists to enhance your experience.

What's more, all the content is downloaded directly to your iPhone, meaning there's no need to rack up expensive data roaming bills in South Africa.

The Complete app of 42 worldwide cities is available now for £9.99, while individual apps can be downloaded next month for 59p each.
