Kayaking a magical way to explore during holidays to ThailandPeople who are booking holidays to Thailand may want to include a kayaking trip in their itinerary, one travel expert has claimed.

Writing for the Guardian, Gemma Bowes explained that taking to the water in one of the vessels is an excellent way to see the country's coastline.

On a visit to Phuket, Ms Bowes went on a guided kayaking tour to escape from the hustle and bustle of the resort, which took her to Phang Nga bay.

"There can be no better way to explore the emerald bay on the western Andaman coast of Thailand than by kayak," she stated.

Made famous by film The Beach, which starred Leonardo Di Caprio as a backpacker in the country, hundreds of tourists flock to the region's beaches on a daily basis.

Ms Bowes explained that travelling along the coastline in this way allows visitors to discover some of the unspoilt coves in Phang Nga.
