Visitors given chance to de-stress on trip to Thailand resortThose who feel stressed out with their everyday life, whether it be through work, their family life, friends or money worries - or a combination of all of the above - may want to head out on cheap flights to Thailand and visit a resort in Chiang Mai.

As part of special new weekend offers at the Puripunn Baby Grand Hotel, visitors can learn how to be more confident and can recharge their tired batteries. The hotel is now offering three or four-night de-stress getaways which can include individual coaching, private airport transfers, personality profiles and discounts on food, drinks and spa treatments.

Visitors can also take an optional trip around Chiang Mai, which includes a tasting tour at the local food market.

All the packages are run by The Life Change People.

Chiang Mai is the biggest city in the north of Thailand and boasts many sights, including the Wat Chiang Man Buddhist temple and the Wat Phrathat Doi Suthep temple.
