Koh Samui resort offers 60 per cent off

Visitors to Thailand can get a massive reduction at a Koh Samui beach resort this summer.

A beach resort, which is described as "one of Koh Samui's hidden treasures", is offering a major discount on one-night stays, adding to the great value deals for Brits catching flights to Thailand.

Baan Hin Sai Resort, located near the romantic Chaweng Beach, features modern Thai-style accommodation in Villa Rooms.

Guests staying before December 20th, excluding August, can stay the night for just 1,100 baht (£22) per couple, reduced from the usual price of 2,900 baht.

This makes for a saving of more than 62 per cent, and the deal also includes a ten per cent discount on spa treatments at the resort's Silarom Spa.

Unlike many Thai resorts, the price is inclusive of VAT and service charges, so you won't be surprised by the bill.

The resort's exotic surroundings include lush greenery and sandy beaches, or you can relax in the two swimming pools, including a children's pool and a Jacuzzi.
