INDIA From the classic to the unusual, explore the great diversity of sights and cultures that can only be found in India. Princely palaces, bustling cities, historic forts, remote villages and beautiful scenery are all to be found. We seek out the most delightful aspects of this mysterious region and its people.

Day 01: Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel.
Remainder of the day at Leisure
Delhi, where an empire rose and fell before the dawn of history; where citadels of
emperors appeared and disappeared; a city of mysterious eternity whose old ruins
proclaim a majestic and imperial past. There have been at least eight cities built in
and around modern Delhi, and the old saying that whoever founds a new city at
Delhi will lose it has come true every time, most recently for the British who built
New Delhi in 1911.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Delhi.

Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast, start with a tour of Old Delhi. In the afternoon enjoy a tour of New
Delhi Visit the old city of Shahjananbad where you will the see imposing Red Fort one of
the most magnificent palaces in the world. Later visit Jama Masjid the largest
mosque in India and a stunning example of Mughal architecture and the Samadhi of
Mahatma Gandhi (memorial of Mahatma Gandhi) at Raj Ghat. Situated on the bank
of the legendary Yamuna River. Enjoy the rickshaw ride through the old alleys,
amongst the hustle and bustle of the old part of the town.
Afternoon tour of New Delhi.

Day 03 : Delhi - Bharatpur
Morning drive to Bharatpur by AC Car approximately: 215 Kms – 5 Hours.
A paradise for the avian world, and the pilgrimage for the bird lovers, it was known
as the best duck shooting resort in the British Empire. But was declared a reserve for
birds in 1956 and later upgraded to National Park. UNESCO has listed it as a world
heritage site.Commonly referred to as Bharatpur, the Park is a delight for bird
watchers. Over 375 species of birds are found here and raised paths, camouflaged
by babul trees and undergrowth make viewing easy.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Bharatpur.

Day 04 : Bharatpur – Agra
After breakfast, drive from Bharatpur to Agra by AC Car approximately: 56 Kms – 1
Hours Afternoon visit to the Taj Mahal and Agra fort
Agra is a land with a glorious past created by skilled architects as the seat for the
Mughal Empire. Situated on the banks of the Yamuna River, with its crowded alleys
and its predatory rickshaw riders, Agra is much like any other north Indian city. Also
referred to as Agarbana (Paradise) in the epic of Mahabharta, the city houses the
finest monuments of the period, which bear testimony to the aura of grandeur.
Arrive in Agra and check-in at your hotel.

Day 05 : Agra – Khajuraho
Morning transfer to railway station to board train for Jhansi. On arrival at the Jhansi
railway station meet and assist and transfer to Khajuraho approximately 200 KMs –
5 Hours enroute sightseeing of Orchha.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Khajuraho.

Day 06 : Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
After Breakfast take a half-day tour to the Eastern and Western Groups of Temples
The Western group is certainly the best known, because it is to this group that the largest and most typical Khajuraho temple belongs: The Kandariya Mahadev.
Perfectly symmetrical, it soars 31 km high.

Day 07: Bandhavgarh
After an early breakfast, this day is for morning and afternoon Jungle Safaris.
Although Bandhavgarh is a relatively small park it has become one of Indias most
prominent National Parks due to the high density of tigers, which roam the mixed
forests of sal and bamboo in search of an easy kill.

Day 8 : Bandhavgarh - Kanha
After breakfast, drive from Bandhavgarh to Kanha by AC Car approximately: 250
Kms – 6 Hours
Arrive in Kanha and check-in at your hotel.

Day 9: Kanha
After an early breakfast, this day is for morning and afternoon Jungle Safaris.
Overnight stay at your hotel in Kanha.

Day 10: Kanha
After an early breakfast, this day is for morning and afternoon Jungle Safaris. Overnight stay at your hotel in Kanha.

Day 11 : Kanha - Jabalpur – Delhi
Morning drive to Jabalpur Railway approximately 208 KMs 4 ½ Hours station to
connect train to Delhi.
Overnight on train.

Day 12 Delhi
Arrive in Delhi. You will be met on arrival and transferred to your hotel.
Remainder of the day at Leisure

Day13 : Delhi – Onwards
Transfer to the International Airport to connect flight for your onward destination.
