Vietnam Airlines is the national carrier of Vietnam and operates from its two hubs - Noi Bai International Airport and Tan Son Nhat International Airport,in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City respectively. Vietnam Airlines operates daily nonstop Dreamliner flights from Heathrow T4 to either Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City, as well as onward connections to numerous destinations across Vietnam, Indochina,Asia and Australia. Dreamliner services from Heathrow feature Economy, Premium Economy and Business Class cabins, while Vietnam Airlines frequent flyer programme, Lotusmiles also offers passengers the chance to earn reward points.
Economy Class
Vietnam Airlines' Boeing B787-9 Dreamliner Economy Class features 32-inch seat pitch as well as up to 6 inches recline.In-seat facilities include 10.6 inch HD touchscreen TVs, individual AC power outlets and USB ports, while the engaging in-flight entertainment programme offers a variety of content. Passengers can choose from Asian or European style meals.
Premium Economy Class
The B787-9 Dreamliner Premium Economy cabin. It features spacious seating with 42 inch seat pitch and a recline of up to seven inches. Personal travel amenity kits and additional baggage allowance complete a world class premium experience.
Business Class
Vietnam Airlines' Business Class has a seat pitch of 42 inches and a recline of up to 180 degrees - a fully lie-flat bed. 15.4 inch HD touchscreens and noise cancelling headphones deliver a world-class in-seat entertainment experience. Business Class travellers are also entitled to priority check-in, boarding and baggage handling, signature a la carte gastronomic meals in flight, and complimentary lounge access.
