This lodge is family-owned labour of love. Murray and Sophie Grant created this experience as an extension of their work as stewards of this environment to share the magic of a very special place with guests from all around the world. In addition to offering guests a tailor-made luxury safari experience that connects them to this landscape. The Lodge is designed to also be a platform for personal training, development and learning for those who work within it. It is a sustainably run operation that focusses on wildlife, landscapes and people. We wanted to show that small can be beautiful, tourism can be sustainable and that over time through learning and long-term thinking team can go from grass roots level education to professional excellence.
