IBrijesh was patient even though we had a slight miscommunication. He didn't show his frustration on phone even though I knew it was there. He was still very patient and helpful and was able to match price with your competitor My Trip with a slightly cheaper offer, I must add. He fulfilled everything. Asked of him. He deserves a portion for sure.
