Winner Selection Process: Winners are chosen through a blind draw. Here's how it works:
- Vote Submission: Once you submit your vote, a unique reference number will be assigned to your entry.
- Prize List Management: The list of available prizes is securely stored in a separate file.
- Random Draw: After the voting period ends, a random number generator will assign numbers to each prize on the list.
- Matching Process: These randomly generated numbers are then matched with the unique reference numbers in the voter database to determine the winners.
- Winner Notification: The prize provider will be informed of the winners' details, and the British Travel Awards will notify the winners via their registered email addresses during the week commencing 24th November 2025.
