Winner Selection Process – AlUla Hotel Voucher Competition

• Entry Period: The competition opens on 6th February 2026 and will close at 11:59 PM on 15th February 2026. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered.
• Entry Registration: Each valid entry submitted through the official Southall Travel social media competition post(s) or newsletter subscription will be assigned a unique reference number for identification and fairness in the draw.
• Prize Details: There is two prizes only - a hotel voucher for 2 nights at Our Habitas AlUla and 2 nights at Cloud7 AlUla. The prize is for hotel stays only. The winner can bring one guest. Flights, transfers, meals, taxes and other travel expenses are not included and must be arranged and paid for by the winner.
• Random Winner Selection: After the competition closes, a random number generator will be used to draw a winning number. This will be matched against the unique reference numbers to determine the winner.
• Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by Southall Travel via the email address or social media account used to enter. Notification will occur during the first week of March 2026.
• Prize Fulfilment: Southall Travel will coordinate directly with the winner to arrange the hotel stays. The voucher must be redeemed by the date specified by Southall Travel and is subject to hotel availability. Blackout dates may apply.
• General Terms: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Southall Travel reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time.
