    Tamassa Bel Ombre is set on a dazzling white beach on the south coast of Mauritius, surrounded by scenic mountains and sugarcane fields. The resort has a laid-back, welcoming vibe and outs a focus on providing warm, personalised service and creating special moments with your loved ones. Ideal for both families and couples, Tamassa has four swimming pools, a well-equipped gym, and a spa and mindfulness centre offering a range of treatments, making it the perfect resort for an unforgettable Mauritius holiday. There are clubs for both kids and teens, and grown-ups can take their pick from a range of water sports.

     

    Accommodation is in standard and superior room categories, as well as 34 Beach Rooms with direct access to the sand and surrounding lagoon. The resort’s main buffet restaurant serves up everything from authentic curries and delicious salads to wood-fired pizza. There’s also a beach bar and restaurant right on the sand that serves Mediterranean dishes. Intimate private dining experiences can also be arranged.

    Tamassa Mauritius

    Tamassa Mauritius is a 25-minute drive north from Black River Gorges National Park – loved for its network of hiking trails and exotic birdlife. Guests can also take trips to a nearby private island and take speedboat rides. In the evenings there’s a varied programme of live music, DJ sets, and a nightclub open late called Jalsa, decked out with black-leather seats and mirrored walls.
