Le Boucanier is a 50-seat restaurant sitting amid the gardens of Shandrani Beachcomber Resort & Spa. It is the pride of this 4-star resort, a haven of peace and quiet in the heart of nature on the south-east coast of Mauritius. A different

seafood and fish menu is served every day. This gourmet restaurant is the perfect dinner spot for those who have chosen Mauritius as their holiday destination and who are especially fond of shellfish like lobster, crayfish and prawns. Restaurant overlooking the main pool. Italian trattoria. Specializing in fine Italian and Mediterranean-style cuisine crafted the Chef, the Ponte Vecchio restaurant is a true gem. The restaurant's interior makes guests feel they have walked

The Teak Elephant is Shandrani Beachcomber's Thai restaurant presided over by a talented Thai chef. The small venue caters for 70 guests at a time and is reserved for guests from 12 years only, making it one of the hotel's most exclusive
