Jumeirah Dar Al Masyaf is the most exclusive property within the magnificent Madinat Jumeirah complex. Styled as a modern interpretation of a traditional Arab village, accommodation is in 29 two-storey summer houses, comprising a total of 283 self-contained rooms and suites. During their Dubai holidays in 2026/2027, guests can take advantage of the outstanding range of facilities and amenities offered by the neighbouring Jumeirah resorts.
The low-rise accommodation set around leafy courtyards and scenic waterways results in a secluded, intimate feel. Rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with huge marble bathrooms, twin vanities and luxurious toiletries. The striking decor combines Arabian design features and dark wood furniture with modern touches such as Bose music systems and Nespresso machines. Each summer house comes with a friendly and efficient butler service.
Guests can travel by water taxi to neighbouring Jumeirah resorts to access a comprehensive range of facilities and dining options. From the more than 30 restaurants and bars on offer, options include French, Thai, Chinese, seafood and an American-style steakhouse.
There is over two kilometres of private beach to enjoy, and guests have complimentary access to Wild Wadi Waterpark, just next door. In addition to the Talise spa and fitness centre, guests have a choice of leisure facilities including indoor and outdoor pools, five tennis courts, two squash courts, rock-climbing facilities and an excellent range of water sports.
