(ET)Frequent Flyer Programme: ShebaMiles is Ethiopian Airlines’ Frequent Flyer customer loyalty program. The members of ShebaMiles are entitled to ticket awards and many other privileges. The program has three Tier levels of Blue, Silver and Gold. The tiers offer increasing benefits with every higher level. The more the passenger flies with the airlines the higher benefits he/she is entitled to. Ethiopian Airlines has a business partnership with Lufthansa’s Miles.

Lounges: Cloud Nine Lounge is only for Cloud Nine Passengers where they can unwind and relax in a very comfortable and pleasant environment. The passengers at the lounge need not to worry about their flight departure timings as customer service agents personally come and announce departure timings. A range of snacks and refreshments are served at the lounge. Additionally, reading materials and personal computers with wireless connections are available.
ShebaMiles Lounge is designated lounge for ShebaMiles members with Gold and Silver cards. A customer service agent is present even here. Snacks are available along with fully networked personal computers.

In-flight Service and Entertainment:
Ethiopian Airlines provides a range of entertainment options. One can watch a several Hollywood movies across a variety of genres - drama, action, suspense and comedy. Check-in Guidelines: Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 1 hour prior to departure. It is advised that passengers come with required travel documents and confirmed bookings. Cloud Nine passengers and frequent fliers with Silver/Gold cards are provided with separate check-in counters.
Baggage Policy: The airline allows certain amount of free baggage allowance to its passenger. The allowance depends upon on the booking class and the destination. The check-in baggage has a maximum weight limit of 32 kg per bag for the business and 23 kg for the economy class. Any baggage exceeding this limit shall not be accepted. The airline allows one piece of carry-on baggage that should not weight more than 7 kg. The sum of the bag’s three dimensions (L+W+H) must not exceed 115 cm and/or 45 inches.
