(BI)Lounges : In 2004 the Brunei International Airport opened the SkyLounge, the airline’s prestigious premium lounge. This lounge has been designed and furnished to provide maximum comfort to its premium class passengers with varying needs. The lounge offers prayer and ablution areas to Muslim passengers. For business passengers, workstations with internet connection are available now. Other passenger-centric facilities for refreshment, entertainment and relaxation such as television, massage and shower have also been provided.
Cabin Classes: Business Class : The airline’s B777 business class offers ergonomically designed comfortable and relaxing seats which are spacious and convert into full-length angled bed for extra comfort of the passengers. The seats are well equipped with a personal screen and a power connector.
Economy Class : The Economy Class offers comfortable seats with adjustable footrests and headrests. Airline’s B777 offers seat-back mounted screens with a choice of audio and video entertainment in the economy class.

In-flight Service and Entertainment: Entertainment : Royal Brunei’s personal inflight entertainment system called SkyShow offers a host of entertainment options such as movies, TV programmes, music channels, games, video on-demand etc. SkyShow is available only on selected B767 and on selected routes. Food and Beverage : Royal Brunei also offers healthier and lighter meal options such as “food fit to fly by”. The “Dine upon Request” allows the business class passengers on long haul flights to choose to dine at a convenient time but 90 minutes before the aircraft lands. Royal Brunei also caters to its passengers’ special dietary requirements. One can place an order for special meals but confirmation is required 24 hours before boarding the flights.
Online check-in: For all passengers travelling with electronic tickets (e-tickets) online Check-In is available starting from 24 hours before departure. The online check-in closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. For detailed information, passengers must visit airline’s website or call the airline office.
Baggage Policy: Cabin Baggage : In business class one can carry one briefcase plus one bag or one garment bag and each piece should not exceed 7kg (15lbs). The combined weight of both pieces should not exceed 12kg (26lbs). The economy class passengers can carry one bag weighing not more than 7 kg (15lb). Infants are allowed one bag containing infant's food for consumption in-flight, toiletries and disposable items and the bag should not exceed 5 kg (11lb).
Check-in Baggage : Royal Brunei Airlines allows business class and economy class passengers to carry a check-in baggage of not more than 30 kg and 20 kg respectively. Excess baggage charge is levied on any excess baggage irrespective of the class of travel. Fleet Information: The Airline has aircrafts like Boeing 767-300ER, Boeing 777-200ER, Airbus A319 and Airbus A320 in its fleet. The Boeing 777-200ER aircrafts have been acquired to replace the Boeing 767-300ER as a part of airline’s effort to renew its fleet and expand its operations.
