Online check-in: Passengers can opt for the web check-in functionality offered by SWISS airline to check-in online from 23 hours upto 1 hour before departure. They can also select their seats, print their boarding passes or even download them on a GPRS enabled mobile.
Meals: SWISS offers its passengers a wide range of options ranging that cater to every taste and palate. To book their special meal requests passengers need to inform the airline or their travel agent about their meal preferences at least 48 hours before departure.
In-flight Service and Entertainment: Passengers onboard a SWISS aircraft are offered a wide variety of entertainment options that include films, music, games and special documentaries. The airline’s unique interactive entertainment system enables passengers to play Golf, Sudoko, Car-Racing & Tennis on a 3D screen.
Baggage Policy: Regardless of the destination or class of service chosen, the maximum size of hand baggage onboard a SWISS aircraft should not exceed 8 kgs in weight & 55x40x20 cm in size. Checked-in luggage is allowed upto a maximum of 2 items per passenger not exceeding 20- 40 kgs depending on the class of service chosen by the passenger.
