Frequent Flyer Programme:  Miles&Smiles is Turkish Airlines’ frequent flyer program. The members of Miles&Smiles are entitled to Turkish Airlines ticket awards and many other privileges. The program has four levels of memberships, namely Classis Card, Classis Plus Card, Elite Card and Elite Plus Card. Program members can enjoy increasing benefits with every higher level. Lounges: The airline features CIP (Corporate Incentive Program) lounge services to passengers travelling through Business Class as well as to the members of the Elite Plus and Elite level of Miles & Smiles Frequent Flyer Program. CIP Lounge is remarkably spacious and has a capacity of more than 330 individuals. Travellers can take advantage of a range of amenities, including a delicious spread of food and drinks, a fully equipped business centre, private relaxation rooms, gender based prayer rooms and children play room. CIP lounge services also include availability of television, music system, daily local and foreign newspapers, and flight information monitors.

Cabin Classes:

First Class: Passengers with First Class Turkish Airlines reservations have access to a range of in-flight amenities and services like welcome drink, daily magazine and newspaper, designer pyjamas and slippers, razor blades and shaving foam for male passengers, and a multi cuisine food.

Business Class: Turkish Airlines Business Class ticket holders are offered a range of services. Passengers can make a selection from an extremely diversified food menu and are offered separate check-in counter.

Baggage Policy: Turkish Airlines allows a certain amount of free baggage allowance to its passengers. The baggage allowance depends upon the booking class and the destination. Free baggage allowance for the First Class passengers is 60 kg, for Business Class travellers it is 30 kg, and for Economy travellers it is 20 kg. Two pieces of carry-on baggage for business class travellers and one piece of carry-on baggage for economy class passengers is allowed by the airline. However, no single piece of baggage can exceed 8 kg.
