Terminal Information: The airport has 6 terminals located within walking distance of each other.

Airport Connectivity:

Cab: Cabs can be hired from the airport. It is recommended that Touch Down Taxis be used as this cab service is an official airport cab company.

Bus: Door to Door bus services can be availed through demand or making pre-booking from the Arrivals area.

Car Hire: The International and Domestic Arrivals Terminals have desks of companies like Tempest, Imperial, Avis, National Alamo, Hertz, Budget, National Alamo, and Europcar.

Car Parking: All along the terminal buildings, there is facility for shaded parking. A bus service ferries passengers to the terminals. The Katanga Executive Parking Services provides lock up garages and valet parking. However, these services need to be pre-booked.

Lounges: Both the Domestic and International Departures have Executive lounges. There is an Airports Company VIP Lounge facility adjacent to the northern wing of the Domestic Departures Terminal.

Food and Beverage: There are a lot of options for food and drink across the airport. There is sandwich joint, bar and grill, restaurant, sports café, juice bar, bar, and coffee shop.

Shopping: The International Departures area has ample scope for duty free shopping. There are shops for alcohol, books, medicines, sweets, clothing accessories, and gifts. The International Departures also provides VAT refund service.

Medical Care: The Southern Office block of the airport is equipped with a medical clinic.

Business Facilities: The Zenith Airport Conference Venue located in close proximity to the Domestic Arrivals Terminal has meeting and conference venues. Even offices complete with secretarial services can be hired for both short and long periods.

Money, Banking, Postal and Telecommunications: There are cash machines, bureaux de change, banks, post office, and mobile phone hire facilities. The Arrivals area is well equipped with automatic telephones. Wireless Internet accessibility has also been provided at the domestic and international terminals.

Airport Hotels: One can step into ‘The “Road Lodge’ right within the airport. A little further away are the Courtyard Hotel Cape Town and City Lodge Pinelands. Budget hotels are located a little further away.

Left Luggage and Lost & Found: Luggage storage is provided at the Domestic Arrivals and International Departures areas. Lost and found goods are deposited at the police station, where an inventory is made. Self employed porters can be hired.

Smoking: The concourse of the International Arrivals and Departures area has classy revamped smoking lounge.

Facilities for Passengers with Special Needs: Ramps, lifts, and special toilets make the airport friendly to passengers with special needs. Wheelchairs are available on demand. Every ladies toilet has baby changing facilities.
