Durban International Airport, one of the largest airports in the country, handles some 2.4 million passengers every year. Terminal Information: The Terminal building has an Airports Company South Africa (ACSA) Information Centre courtesy helpline telephones. The Departures passage is equipped with an ACSA Information Centre and an information desk. There is a Mr. Info touch screen information and a Teleguide hotel information board in the Arrivals. Furthermore, a tourism information office in the Domestic Arrivals zone provides information on accommodation, attractions, and events.

The terminal building also has a post office. One can access fax and Internet facilities at Arrivals Terminal’s tourism information office. Internet access is also available at the public concourse, where mobile phones can be hired as well.
