Terminal Information: The airport’s terminal 1 and 2 are dedicated to the international arrivals. A free bus service connects both terminals. The International Arrivals and Departures have information desks.

Airport Connectivity:

Cab: Official cab services are available from the cab and bus terminal located within the multi-storeyed car park structure.

Bus: The ground floor of the domestic Parkade building houses a Magic Bus Airport Transfers office.

Car Hire: The multi-storeyed car park in front of the domestic terminal has the offices of companies like Tempest, National, Avis, Sizwe, Europcar, Imperial, Budget, and Hertz.

Car Parking: There are plenty of car parks for both short and long term parking. Facilities include, outdoor, shaded, and underground parking. Executive Carports provides valet parking facility as well. Car parks located farthest from the terminals are joined by a free bus service. Food & Beverage: Refreshments are available aplenty with choices as diverse as fast food restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, juice bar, and steak houses.

Shopping: There is a duty free mall as well as numerous other shops.

Medical Care: The airport has a round the clock well equipped medical clinic.

Business Facilities: A Business Centre provides facilities like secretarial services, telephony, and faxing. The Domestic Terminal has a Premier Conference Centre, which consists of a huge conference room, seminar facility, and four meeting rooms. There is a media conference room as well.

Money, Banking, Postal and Telecommunications: The airport has cash machines, banks, bureaux de change and post office facilities. Mobile phones can be hired as well, while wireless Internet access is provided in the International Departures zone.

Airport Hotels: Right at the airport there is a small Transit Hotel, while the 5-star  rated Airport Sun InterContinental Hotel is located just across the airport. The Southern Sun Garden Court is also in close proximity. Those looking for cheap accommodation can find budget hotels can be availed from the Guteng Tourism Authority Information Desk in the International Arrivals.

Left Luggage: Situated near the International Arrivals Area, the underground car park’s upper level has a left luggage facility. Uniformed porters can be hired from the Arrivals hall.

Smoking: Some of the restaurants have smoking zones, while the airport also has smoking booths.

Facilities for Passengers with Special Needs: There are lifts and ramps across the terminals. Two of the lifts also have Braille signage for the visually challenged. The free bus service connecting the farthest car park to the terminals is wheelchair friendly. Besides, a golf cart service for inter terminal transfer and to and from the car hire zones also caters to passengers with special needs. Those travelling with small children can make use of baby change facilities. A chapel for Christians and prayer room for Muslims are also there.
