  • The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.
  • There is no fee for entering the competition.
  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter's control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  • The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • There will be only one winner every day.
  • Winners will be notified by email if they have won a prize. You must purchase your prize within the timeframe given.
  • The flight offer is valid from London Heathrow to Kula Lumpur return or to Kota Kinabalu as specified on the winners email correspondence.
  • Flights are in economy class and are subject to availability. Outbound travel is permitted between 11 September 17 and 30 November 17 or 1 January 18 to 21 March 18 or 3 Apr 18 to 20 Jun 18. The maximum stay is one month from date of departure.
  • The ticket price is inclusive of taxes and charges.
  • There is no cash alternative and spending money or accommodation is not included. Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
  • By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
