Best Time to Visit Peshawar
Temperatures can reach very high numbers during the height of the summer in Peshawar, so anyone uncomfortable in heat should avoid booking tickets to the city in June, July or August. The mercury drops to more acceptable levels in January, February, March, November and December. August and March are typically the wettest months in Peshawar, so anyone travelling to the city during these times of the year should ensure they are prepared for heavy rain. A lot of important religious and cultural festivals take place in the city each year, so booking tickets to coincide your travel with Shab-e-Barat, Basant Festival or Pakistan Day (March 23rd) can also be a good idea.
